Shining Bright Like a Diamond! Melanie Mills Tester Bag Rev

I received the Melanie Mills Tester bag thanks to Prismpop!! I was instantly in sparkle heaven!! Let’s dive into these bad boys!


Packaging: The body makeup came in a cute Prismpop makeup bag. Inside the makeup bag the products were in a cute pink bag with a little note about the products that were inside. The makeup came in tiny but mighty plastic jars. Each jars contained  .3 grams of product in them. The plastic for the jars is very thick and quality for sure. The top of the cap has the name brand with a cute star in the center. On the bottom of each jar there is a sticker with the name of each product.

Usage: This product is multi-use. What does that mean? It means you can use it for more than one area of your body. This product can be used on your eyes, face, shoulders, chest, arms, legs, lips (if you can handle a perfumy taste if you accidently lick your lips) basically anywhere on your body this product can go on. You wanna shine bright like a diamond….? Then honey these will help you achieve that ultra shine!!

Application: You can use a little makeup brush or your fingers to apply this product. Grab a generous amount on your brush or finger, then go to town rubbing into your skin! You can apply it lightly to keep the boldness of the color on your body, or you can blend it until it just shimmers on your skin.

Texture: All the jars of makeup have a nice creamy texture to them. (some have a lot more cream to them that others.)

Feel: The products feel amazing on this skin. It doesn’t make your skin feel oily, sticky, or grimey. It literally melts into your skin dries and feels like you don’t even have any product on your body. It leaves your body looking shiny and radient! When you apply it to the eyes it dries but doesn’t flake or wear off after hours of use.

The colors!

OPALESCENCE  
This is a sheer base that is like a soft pink that leaves a glowing finish.

DISCO GOLD 
This color gives off a antiqiue gold color that just melts right into your skin leaving it with a soft gold finish with a ton of shimmer (this one had the most shimmer to me!

PEACH DELUXE 
This one gives off a soft peach vibe.

ROSE GOLD
This is one of the darker colors but super beautiful. Red color with golden undertones.

BRONZE GOLD
Oh this color is fab! Bronze with suttle orange in it!

DEEP GOLD 
This gives of a light brown and red undertone. This color really pops!

Overall: The products in this tester bag were amazing! I love all the golden tones that they had. I felt radient and beautiful when wearing these! I will more than likely miss these once I use them up. They come in a cute packaging and are super easy to use. You literally cannot mess up a look with this product! If you love to sparkle or shine I recommend getting these bad boys in your collection. Well worth it!!

Prism Pop Goodie Bag Review!

Are you looking for some products that work with your face? Making it feel refreshed, vibrant, and look just darn cute?? Look no further!! Here is a jam packed goody bag review of “The Organic Skin Company.”  Who doesn’t love to give their skin some TLC??

Whats in this bag..? Well There are two lovely eyeshadows, one called Greenstone, the other called Silhouette. A tube of Nine Calendula and Tumeric Cream. And a cheeky Lip Pod in color Desert Storm. -Phew thats a lot of stuff!!!-

Lets dive into the tube of Nine Calendula and Tumeric Cream!

Packaging~ The packaging is pretty basic except the way its made. It is made from sustainable forestry card with vegetable ink. (interesting!) The tube is super soft and the cap has a wood like texture and weight to it. It defintely feels like good quality! This tube is a decent size and would fit in any purse or bag easily.

Usage~ Apply to face anytime you feel your face needs some serious TLC! It helps to minimize blemishes or irritations. Leaves face looking smooth and feeling revitalized! Feeling dry… Easy, pull this bad boy out, apply, and feel the difference instantly!!

Application~ Add a pea size amount on each cheek, forehead, chin, and nose and rub in generously. A little bit goes a long way though. I actually out a decent amount on my cheeks and felt like I added too much. Start small and work your way up so you don’t have to sit there rubbing it in for a long time. (smiles)

Texture~ The product feels super silky when you touch it. It has a lot of wetness to it so it feels like it takes forever to apply. However once it is dry it makes your face feel smooth and refreshed. No stickiness or leftover residue on your face.


Now for the Desert Storm Cheeky Lip Pod!

Packaging~ A cute simple package that holds your pod. Can slip this in any makeup bag and not take up much space. The package itself is recyclable.

Usage~ This product is intended to be used on your cheeks and lips.

Application~ Use your fingers or some makeup brushes to apply this to your lips and cheeks. And a little bit goes a long way with this product. You can really get a cute suttle look by applying a little to cheeks and lips. If you want to go for a dramatic look really rub your finger or brushes into the pod and apply to face.

Texture~ The product feels super silky and slippery. It does feel a little bit different when applying it to the cheeks. It gives me a waxy feeling while I rubbed it into my cheeks. But once it was rubbed in it didn’t give off that waxy feeling.


Onto The Greenstone Cream Shadow!

Packaging~ This cream shadow comes in a small brown recyclable box. The actual container has a little bit of heft to it. The cap is made like the tumeric cream cap (wooden cap) and the bottom half is quality as well. It is small enough to be able to travel in a bag or purse.

Usuage~ This product is used for the eyes. I am sure you can be creative and apply to cheeks (smiles)

Application~ Use your finger or makeup brushes to apply to your eyes. With this eyeshadow it was super easy to apply and have that rich green color on the lids.

Texture~ Creamy and smooth. It felt really nice on the lids as well. Once it applied and was left alone for a minute or two it set to the eye no problem.


And now for the Silhouette Cream Shadow!

Packaging~ This cream shadow comes in a small brown recyclable box. The actual container has a little bit of heft to it. The cap is made like the tumeric cream cap (wooden cap) and the bottom half is quality as well. It is small enough to be able to travel in a bag or purse.

Usuage~ This product is used for the eyes. I am sure you can be creative and apply to cheeks (smiles)

Application~ Use your finger or makeup brushes to apply to your eyes. This color is a little harder to apply to the lids in my honest opinion and needs to have a few coats applied to the lids. You have to really work with this one to get it to look nice and show up on your lids.

Texture~ Creamy and a faint feeling of graininess to it. Like the other cream shadow it felt nice on the lids.

Overall I loved this goody bag! I went out of my comfort zone with the cheeky lip pod, but it was fun to work with! I really enjoyed these products from The Organic Skin Company! They have awesome quality in both the packaging and products. I will be looking out for them in the future!! ❤

Getting Those Porcelain Doll Vibes!! Vely Vely Aura Honey Glow Cushion [Review]

What a sweet treat for my face! I received this product for free thanks to 08liter! I was excited to get this because I don’t use foundation or anything like that on my face and wanted to try getting into using stuff similar to this. This product was super easy to apply and made me look like a porcelain doll, (totally vibing on this look btw!) I also received a little 3 pack of whitening care to apply to my face prior to applying the foundation. I didn’t see this in my offer but hey I am not complaining on free skin care products!

The 3 pack whitening care came with toner, serum, and cream. I followed the instructions on the back which were in Korean and English (thankfully because a lot of Korean beauty products don’t put English on them.) You can view the steps in my video posted above! Overall on this stuff I really noticed a shiny glow after applying all three products to my face. I LIKE I LIKE!! I love to glow. 🙂

The foundation that comes in the cute compact is squishy and goes a long way. Seriously… I barely tapped the cushion onto to it and onto my face and it went on quicky. I am not sure how fast foundation is supposed to go on, but this applied to my face super quick! Once it was applied and dried it gave me a super dewy glow. It also dried quite lovely on my face. The product made my face feel super silky and smooth. There was no sticky icky feeling, just pure softness. Like I said earlier I was totally getting porcelain vibes from this and I am so for it! If you are not a fan of the super shiny look a bit of setting powder would probably cut some of that shine out.

I kept this product on for a couple of hours and it really didn’t lose its shine. Seems to me to be a pretty long lasting foundation. 🙂

Bringing back the 90’s?! Lacômes Juicy Tubes are POPPIN! [Review]

Want to go back into time, where juicy gloss was in every girls back pocket or purse? Step back into the 90’s (or come for a visit if you were born after the 90’s) and relive it with Lacomes Juice Tubes!!

I was so excited when I knew this was a product that I would be testing out! I was always a fan of lipgloss tubes when I was a young girl. Nice glossy lips with a little bit of stick to them. (though from what I remember the stick back then was a tad bit more stickier than this gloss is.  The glossier the lips the better in my honest opinion.

Both of the glosses I received (which was Hallucination and Birthday Confetti) were awesome and made my lips feel hydrated and look glossy! I literally was suffering from summer chapped lips (YUCK!!) and applied it to my lips and felt instant coolness on them. Look out chapstick you might be put away for a little bit while I have these glosses in my possession. (Muahahahaha!!)

UBeauty Resurfacing Compound Review

This product tightens, brightens, resurfaces, renews, equalizes and defends with one complexion boosting compound.

I had enough product to use for three mornings and nights. During this time I noticed my skin feeling smoother, looking brighter and revitalized by the end of day 3. I noticed less pores, but didn’t notice much of a difference in wrinkles fading. (Might need to use it more than 3 days to see those kind of results.) One negative to this product for me was the scent. The scent was not my favorite at all. It has a real chemically smell that is very unappealing to me.

Tested for safe use around eyes (can indeed vouch for this statement because I tried this product on my eyelids and around my eyes)

Overall I loved how this product made my face look! They mentioned notcing changes between 3-6 days, and they hold up to it in my honest opinion. Like I stated earlier the one and only negative for me was the smell. If you can get over the smell I’d say its worth the buy!

“Oh!” Toy Boy by Moschino Perfume Review.

I was a bit sceptical on the scent at first because it was very woodsy and overbearing. I also learned that it is for men. (laughs) But to be honest smelling it on me after a while I grew very fond as time went on. It’s a very exotic scent, and you really have to let it air out and a give it a chance to really be a judge of it. I gave it to my husband and it just mixed a whole different kind of scent when he applied it. Defintely better on him than me. (smiles)

I decided to see how it held up by keeping track of the time and seeing if the scent faded quickly… It didn’t… Wow that was a real shocker to me because typically these kinds of perfumes tend to die out scent wise after 10 to 30 minutes (not this bad boy, it still smelled like it did 5 minutes after I first applied it.) I also tested out hand washing with this perfume on and I really didn’t see much of a decline in the scent like it states on their website, but everyone is different so you can’t really judge on that factor.



Here are a few pointers on how to apply this product!


Suggested Usage:

• Apply it on your wrist, neck, chest, and the creases of your elbows and knees.

• When you apply it avoid rubbing it in or dabbing your skin, doing this quickly breaks down the fragrance making it wear off more quickly.
• If you prefer placing fragrance on your wrists, be sure to reapply after frequent hand-washing, as this tends to rinse off the scent.
• If you are to apply to your wrists be sure to reapply after frequent handwashing because it tends to rinse off the scent.

Now for the smell!!!

What does it smell like..?

• Olfactory family: spicy, woody and amber
• Top notes: Italy bergamot, pink berries, elemi buds, Indonesia nutmeg, pear green, cloves
• Middle notes: Neoabsolut Orpur rose, flax flowers, cashmeran, magnolia
• Base notes: vetiver Haiti Orpur, ambermax, sylkolide

What about price?

Macys has it in 3.4 oz bottles and the price is $96.00.


Overall I give this a 7 out of 10. If you have a problem with super strong scents I wouldn’t recommend it because it does go on strong and stays on strong for quite a while. It smells good if you give it a chance, but if you’re in the store trying it out the first initial smell might put you off. So if you go to try it out I suggest spritzing one tiny spritz and walking around the store for a bit before determining if you want it or not.

Blew me away!! It Cosmetics Mystic Emerald Eyeliner.

Gotta werk it with the @itcosmetics  no tug #eyeliner !


Easy to use, easy to make a sexy look. I usually have to hold and stretch my eyelid to get my eyeliner precise, but with this product I had no issues applying it without pulling my lid.


The color I received for free from @bzzagent was mystic emerald. The color is gorgeous and makes my green eyes really pop!! The only slight downside to this awesome product is that it quickly goes down while applying, meaning you have to sharpen it a little bit quicker than normal. (But with it coming out this rich and vivid who cares!!) Hahaha But seriously this eyeliner is where it is at 100% If your looking for something to cut down your eyeliner time this is where you need to look!

Palette of MY dreams!! OFRA Cosmetics “Sweet Dreams” Eyeshadow Palette Review

Before I get started I want to give a huge shout out to #OFRACosmetics and #Bzzagent for giving me the opportunity to try this product for free. Ya’ll freaking rock!!

This eye shadow blew my mind! Well to be more accurate when I received my mail and had this waiting for me I opened it and “BAM” those colors shined right at me. I am a huge fan of sparkly, matte, and shiny colors and these really delivered upon sight.

I did finger swatches to see how easy (or not easy) the product came onto them, and literally one swipe and it filled my fingers with eye shadow joy! So much pigment, now I was getting super excited!

I dipped into them with my brushes and noticed minimal fallout and lots of color on my brushes, (seriously you don’t need much on them!!) I did have primer on my eyelids when I put it on so it was a cakewalk to apply to my eyes. The colors all looked awesome and were super easy to blend and mix together. I even used the middle color “Pillow Talk as a highlighter and was super impressed on how it looked on my face. (Note picture in this post of my selfie side profile!)

Overall I was super excited to use this product and it exceeded my expectations to say the least. It’s been a tough few weeks for me (as I am sure it has been for everyone else out there,) but this palette made me feel really pretty and got my mind off of things for a little bit. I give it a 10/10!

Hard Candy Smoothing Primer Balm

Loving this product from Hard Candy!

When I first opened this product I was like “oh, ok.. its pink.” I was also thinking… “is this going to make my face look pink when I apply it? I then started to apply it to my face in small circular motions and quickly noticed that it didn’t have any kind of pigment to it.

I did notice it had a little bit of a cooling feeling when it was applied all over my face. (Nothing too drastic just a light cooling feeling.) It also dried quite quickly and made my face feel super smooth, literally no stickiness to this product. (HUGE PLUS)

 I didn’t notice a difference until I took a pic of my face before and after applying it. It definitely hid my pores nicely and made my face look pretty flawless. 

Applying makeup over it was a breeze! My eyeshadow applied fast, and didn’t take much to make it POP! 
I really loved how this product made my face look. I felt pretty today, thanks to Hard Candy. Solid 9/10!

L’oreal Paris Rouge Signature Matte Lip Stain Review!

I received this lip stain from Bzzagent to review, and I have to say that I am really vibing with this color! This is a color I would totally overlook any other time, but once I put it on I was like “now that is cute!”

The product itself is easy to apply with the wand, helps with precise lining around the lip (lord knows I can’t put lipstick products on without messing up.)

The lipstain doesn’t take much to apply, dries quite fast, and doesn’t leave a sticky feeling on your lips (however it does feel a little dry once it is completely dry on your lips, but that didn’t make me hate or love it any less.)

Overall I give this product a solid 8/10! Stepping out of my comfort zone with this color, and glad I got to try it! ♡
